1. Nature of Services
Our services are consultation-based and personalised, which require time, analysis, and expertise. Therefore, our refund policy is designed accordingly.
2. Refund Policy
• All payments made for consultations and services are generally non-refundable
• Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
✔ Duplicate payment made by mistake
✔ Service not delivered due to our fault
✔ Technical error resulting in failed service delivery
• Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 working days
3. No Refund Conditions
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
• Change of mind after booking
• Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations
• Delay caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client
• Services already delivered or consultation completed
4. Cancellation Policy
• Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance
• Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling
• No-shows (not attending the session) will be treated as completed service
5. Rescheduling Policy
• One-time rescheduling may be allowed based on availability
• Rescheduling requests must be made in advance
6. Digital Products / Reports
• Once a report, analysis, or document is shared, it is considered delivered
• No refunds will be provided after delivery
